Pay Fees

Flywire is a secure and trusted way to pay online from any country and any bank, typically using your home currency. Flywire offers payment methods that range from bank transfer, credit cards, e-payments and more. You can also use Alipay and Unionpay with favorable exchange rates. Flywire also offers multilingual customer support via phone, live chat, WeChat and email.

How to make a payment online with Flywire

1. Visit the USC International Academy Flywire payment site.
2. Select your country and enter the amount in USD that you want to pay.
3. Select a payment option. Options can include bank transfers, credit cards or other local payment options, depending on the country selected. 
4. Enter the required payer and student information for the USC International Academy.
5. Make your payment through Flywire as instructed. Flywire will process and send your payment to USC International Academy with your information.
6. Track your payment via online, email or text messages from Flywire. You can also create a Flywire account and monitor your payment via the Flywire app on your smartphone.
7. Contact customer support for any assistance or questions around the clock.

If you are enrolled in the Pre-Master’s Preparation Program, Master’s Preparation Program or Intensive English Program at USC International Academy, please follow the instructions below. If you are enrolled at USC and your program is not listed above, please visit the USC Student Financial Services site or call 213-740-7471. Failure to follow these instructions will cause delays and possible additional fees during payment processing.

Things to Remember

1. Please do not forget to include your full name and your USC ID number on your bank wire transfer. The Academy must be able to identify your funds when they arrive. Please contact pay-international@usc.edu if you do not know what your USC Student ID Number is.
2. You must send a confirmation receipt of the bank wire transfer to the Academy. Email the confirmation receipt to pay-international@usc.edu. Bring a copy of this confirmation receipt with you to the Academy as proof of payment of fees.

Please note: When you request a bank wire transfer, your bank can directly wire the funds to Bank of America. You may be charged a fee by your bank. If your bank uses an intermediary bank (usually a bank in New York), the intermediary bank may also charge a fee (approx. $10-30), which is your responsibility to pay.

Please make checks payable to USC and write the student’s name on the bottom. Accepted check types include:

• Cashier’s check drawn on U.S. dollars from a U.S. bank
• Personal check drawn on U.S. dollars from a U.S. bank
• Travelers checks in U.S. dollars

If you are sponsored by your government, your company, and/or a non-profit agency or institution, you must submit your financial guarantee or support letter to: pay-international@usc.edu on or before the first day of your program. If you are unable to provide us with a financial guarantee or support letter, you must be prepared to pay the full balance of your tuition and service fees on or before the first day of classes. You will not be allowed to start classes without some form of payment – either a financial guarantee letter or payment from personal funds.

We do not accept cash as a form of payment to pay fees.
