Free Internet access and basic cable television are included in accommodation costs.

Each bedroom has two beds and can be shared by up to two students. Twin rooms for single occupancy are also available.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Pots, pans, cutlery and dishes are provided for communal use in the apartment kitchen.

Students who opt into the International 60 Meal Plan can use it at any of the three residential restaurants: Everybody’s Kitchen, Parkside Restaurant & Grill and USC Village Dining Hall. (Please note: availability of dining halls may change).

The living room comes furnished with a sofa, coffee table, chair, entertainment center and 37-inch HD flat-screen TV.

Electricity, gas and water are included. Each apartment has a heating and air conditioning system.

Each bedroom has one bathroom that includes a shower and is shared by no more than two students.

Residents share soundproof meeting rooms, a media lounge, computer labs and three study rooms on each floor for individual or group studying. Free printing is available.

Students are responsible for cleaning their own apartments and washing their bedding. Cleaning supplies may be purchased at the nearby convenience store.

Multiple laundry facilities are located in the building and can be used for a small charge. Washers and dryers are coin-operated.

All students living in Academy housing will receive welcome kits on move-in day. Kits include:
